Just caught Jonathan Gold’s review on Gjusta this morning on the radio! Not to brag or anything, but I did mine last year. During our recent snowboard trip, I picked up enough smoked salmon and herbed cream cheese to feed five families on a cozy Sunday morning. Everyone raved and loved it and asked me where I got the fish. Well, go to Gjusta!
